I want a cigarette!

Ha- Just kidding!
I used to smoke- but quit cold turkey 10 years ago and it was the best thing I have ever done for myself. However- old 'habits' die hard, and when I finished my final paper for this term, I relaxed in my chair, clapsed my hands on the back of my head, and stretched- feeling very satisfied and proud that I have made it through my first term back in school. And the thought occurred to me- a cigarette would be nice about now. Weird how that kinda just pops in sometimes, but it is usually in moments of celebration rather than in stressful times. My guess is that I miss the deep inhalation of air and the slow exhale. But anyway- viola!!! I just have a final exam on the 19th, and I will have a month off before my teaching classes start. I'm totally stoked about that and I finally feel like I am on my way.

So- American Idol- what are they thinking?? I must be a glutton for punishment, but I continue to watch. They kept Anoop and Megan? Come on people!!! I am thinking about taping all of the rest of them, and then fastforwarding through the excruiating parts to the end. Although, I am digging Matt this week, so I might keep watching.

I have a month off between terms, so I plan on catching up on reading, crafts, and cleaning! Chris tracks off for April, so we will have lots of time to enjoy the spring weather, go for bike rides, play at the park. It will be great!
